Central agent approval Process

We carefully review all Central Agent applications to ensure the integrity of yacht listings on our platform. As part of this process, we verify the information provided in your application by cross-referencing it with our records, trusted partners, and relevant databases to confirm your organization's credibility.

Only approved central agencies will be granted access. Additionally, for each yacht you wish to manage on our platform, a secondary verification process will be required. This can be easily completed within the application once your account is approved and activated.

How long does the review process take?

The review process typically takes 24–48 hours. During this time, one of our team will review your application and may contact you if additional information or documentation is needed. Once approved, you will receive an email with your login instructions.

My application was rejected. What should I do? 

Your application may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your organization is not a recognized Central Agency.

  2. You used a personal email or an email that is already registered.
